Request Letter Of Support

Thank you for reaching out to my office to request a Letter of Support for your grant application. My office provides letters of support for federal grant applicants but does not provide letters for private businesses. We ask that you send your request for your Letter of Support at least two weeks in advance to ensure it is approved and returned to you on time.

Please provide a draft letter of support. Be sure to include any content relevant to the importance of the project or what the funding will specifically do for the District. This will expedite the process with my office.
