Today, Congresswoman Alex X. Mooney (WV-02) released the following statement after Chief Justice Roberts vacated stays issued by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals regarding the Mountain Valley Pipeline. The construction of the Mountain Valley Pipeline will now resume.
“Even after Congress put an end to judicial review, liberal activists did not put an end to their legal crusade against affordable American energy and good paying West Virginia jobs. I am pleased that the Supreme Court has lifted all holds on the Mountain Valley Pipeline and the project can be completed as Congress intended,” said Congressman Alex X. Mooney.
