WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Republican Congressman Alex Mooney (WV-2) issued the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled in the case of King v. Burwell:
“Today’s Supreme Court decision is yet another reminder of the uncertainty that Obamacare has inflicted on our nation’s healthcare system. This could have been a real opportunity to rework our healthcare system to focus on patient centered policies and reforms. I will continue to support legislation that helps lower healthcare costs and removes the federal government from being in-between doctors and their patients.” said Rep. Mooney.
