WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, Congressman Alex X. Mooney released the following statement congratulating Evans Elementary School for being recognized as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2015.
“I would like to express my sincerest congratulations to Evans Elementary School for being recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School for 2015. This is a tremendous honor given to only two schools in West Virginia this year. I am proud of the hardworking teachers, faculty, and students that achieved this honor. Their pursuit of academic excellence is inspiring, and I hope that their success can be replicated across our state,” said Rep. Mooney.
