WASHINGTON – The House of Representatives Thursday evening passed H.R 6126 – Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act.
The bill gives $14.3 billion to Israel as it responds to the barbaric attacks by Hamas terrorists. Funding for Israel will be offset by recissions from the Inflation Acceleration Act, cutting $14 billion from President Biden’s army of IRS agents set to harass hardworking American taxpayers.
Congressman Alex X. Mooney said of the vote, “I proudly voted for H.R 6126 to stand with Israel as they defend themselves against the barbaric Hamas terrorist attack. The bill will provide Israel with funding for the Iron Dome to defend themselves from rocket attacks and provides stockpiles of munitions and advanced military technology critical to defeating Hamas.”
“I’m also pleased that the bill offsets this funding by cutting funding from the Inflation Acceleration Act, which President Biden was using to send the IRS after hardworking taxpayers to fund his radical agenda,” Congressman Mooney added.
