Congressman Alex X. Mooney Announces DOJ Grant for Putnam County
WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Alex X. Mooney (WV-02) announced a $87,989 grant from the Department of Justice (DOJ)’s for Putnam County. The Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) will provide aid to states and local governments to prevent, prepare for and respond to the coronavirus.
“I’m pleased this DOJ aid will help equip our state and local law enforcement with the resources necessary to combat the coronavirus. This funding will help keep our communities safe and healthy during this time,” said Congressman Mooney.
