Congressman Alex Mooney Announces Grant for Braxton County Airport
WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Alex X. Mooney (WV-02) announced a $20,000 grant for Braxton County from the Department of Transportation (DOT)’s Federal Aviation Administration. These economic relief grants are being funded as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
“I’m pleased Department of Transportation grants will be going to Braxton County Airport. These economic relief funds provided by the CARES Act will provide the airport with essential aid for continued air travel during the coronavirus pandemic,” said Congressman Mooney.
